Here are a few tips when supplying your own artwork to us:
We can accept high resolution PDFs, InDesign files, .eps and .jpg files. We can convert Word and Publisher files but corruption may occur.
All files to be high resolution for printing (300 dpi) with 3mm bleed and trim marks with embedded fonts. Please covert to CMYK or save with Pantone spot colours. For single colour, 2 or 3 colour print, we are often supplied with 4 colour print which involves more costs and materials so please be mindful and ensure your artwork matches any quotation you have received from us.
Also pay attention to the pagination. A folded booklet for example will always have multiples of 4 pages.
Set your artwork to the finished size required and save with 3mm bleed.
Large files can be supplied through wetransfer.com
Any deviation from these guidelines may incur extra artwork charges not included in our estimate. Artwork can be originated in-house by our graphic designer if you are unable to supply your own print-ready files. A proof will be emailed to you to approve before printing. Hard copy proofs available on request but may be subject to an extra charge. We do try and check supplied artwork for grammatical errors but it is your responsibility to check spellings and grammar before you supply the file to us.
